If used in a modded room whose author is known, all contents in the room will be instantly removed, including enemies, grid entities, pickups, etc.

The effect will be repeated in every single room made by the same author during the run, indicated by clouds appearing inside the room along with a sound effect.

The room's name and author (if available) can be checked using the debug 5 console command.

Has no effect if used inside a room with an author that's not known, and the item will not be consumed. This is generally the case for rooms from the default game.

If used in a room created by the developer Vermin, the corpse of a large green rodent will fall from the ceiling.
